For Yogesh Pradhan, the journey to becoming a professional photographer and media executive didn't start behind a lens, but rather at the heart of his community. Today, as a photographer and the Managing Director at Drishtikon Media, Yogesh blends a sharp creative eye with executive leadership.

Before stepping into the commercial media landscape, Yogesh served as an active youth leader within his church. During this high-energy chapter, he specialized in identifying individual strengths and mobilizing young people to bring massive community visions to life.

At the exact same time, Yogesh was driving the rhythm of his local music scene. He actively served as the drummer for two different bands simultaneously: a Christian band rooted in faith-based music, and a secular band navigating mainstream genres. This dual-role behind the drum kit taught him to adapt to vastly different audiences, manage live production dynamics, and maintain a steady beat under pressure.

Transitioning from community mobilization and music to the creative industry was a natural evolution. The same rhythm, timing, and structural leadership required to run a music festival or hold down a groove are what allow Yogesh to run a successful creative business today.
